  • There is research showing that drivers have difficulty judging the speed of a bike and can underestimate it.

  • Collisions at junctions can be down to a driver failing to give way or stop. 

  • Approach junctions with care by looking once...looking twice...looking out  for bikes!


Subject to operational exigencies, the Fife Safety Camera Partnership Mobile Camera Unit will be operating at the following locations during  29 September 2014:-

All our camera sites have a proven history of collisions and evidence of speeding vehicles.   We may from time to time use mobile cameras at other sites where both vehicle and road users are at greater risk, such as road works.
